The regulatory power of the Court for the Defense of Competition: a controversial issue in the reform of Decree Law 211

Abstract

The Decree Law (D.L.) 211 of 1973 that establishes the rules for the defense of Free Competition in our country has been the subject of a reform. The project that modifies the aforementioned legal body began its legislative process in the Senate on May 21, 2002, once the Message was formulated by the President of the Republic.
