Abstract

This article raises a series of questions about two specific fields of constitutional law such as economic public order and criminal law. It is not intended to give definitive or finished answers on the issues raised, to the extent that they all come from non-peaceful doctrinal fields. On the contrary, it only seeks to draw attention to the points of conflict in this regard.
