This paper analyses the possibility of applying rules to the election polls in Colombia. For this, we question, from the methodology of judiciary line and judiciary dogma, which would be the legal norms that, on hand, respect the freedom of speech and information, and, on the other hand, work inside the electoral State function and truthful information.
