This monograph analyze what is the role of the procedural good faith in the general civil process, and more specifically in the new Chilean labor procedure. To accomplish this, along with trying a doctrinal approach of this concept and establish how procedural good faith has been embodied in the standards of our Labor Code, this notion is contrasted with the notion of a harmonious civil process , with the proper protection of the citizens rights.
